Sleepy Spray

A topical magnesium spray to mist you into the state of sleepiness.  Can be helpful in muscle recovery & cramping with magnesium chloride, an essential mineral known for its’ calming & restorative properties. 

Made with other distillates that can aid in relaxation & rest.

Made in love with organic ingredients:

Lavender, Tulsi, & Sweetgrass Hydrosols, Mugwort & White Sage Witch Hazel, 150 MG Magnesium Chloride brine, Radish root& coconut ferment (Natural preservative)

To utilize: mist onto bottoms of feet before bedtime, rub in, & let absorb. Topical magnesium may tingle a bit upon first using, this is totally normal & usually fades after continuous application. Don’t apply to freshly shaved areas or cuts, it may sting!

Can also be added to bath water before soaking
