Mugwort Hydrosol

Organically grown Mugwort (Artemisia douglasiana) Aka California Mugwort variety steam distilled in copper.

Hydrosols can be utilized in a myriad of ways including as a facial spritzer to encourage moisture and hydration in skin, as a refreshing face or body spray to cool off, as a room, pillow, or linen spray, in the bath, or added to laundry. 

Mugwort specifically has been utilized in both spiritual and dreamwork & makes an exceptional ally in a meditation practice or for smudging a space. Physically, it may help ease muscle & joint tension, soothe minor skin irritations, deter bugs, assist in easing menstrual cramping & balance oil production.
